I am delighted to announce that last week Sigma Connected was the proud winner of the Innovation Award at the 2021 CSA Awards.
This prestigious award was for our hugely successful Reach:Out initiative which is helping a growing number of our UK clients engage with customers who potentially have problem debt.
Over the past year, Reach:Out has stood out for a number of reasons, including for:
- Its strong engagement with customers in debt that had not responded directly to clients efforts to engage
- How it has raised awareness of the support our clients offer their vulnerable customers – helping customer to re-engage
- Its role in guiding people to charities able to support with financial, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, and:
- How it has helped people find a pathway through crisis and improve their ability to manage debts
The awards were part of the 2021 UK Credit and Collections Conference and we were up against 11 other very strong entries in the Innovation category. I’d like to give a massive congratulations to Sarah Henry, David Murphy and the rest of the Reach:Out team, as well as to our client partners for offering this enhanced support to their vulnerable customers.
It’s another amazing milestone for Reach:Out – an initiative which will support many thousands of vulnerable customers in debt over the coming year.
