Meet Tareeq, our recently appointed Operations Manager on one of our financial services campaigns.
Tareeq’s journey with Sigma began in 2010 when we were known as “First Credit Services” as an Advisor. In 2013 he took a leap of faith and applied for a team manager position in which he was successful. Tareeq utilised his new role as a tool to not only grow his own skill set but to empower and impart knowledge on to the promising young agents that also wanted to move into management positions.
In September of 2018, after many late nights and stumbling blocks, Tareeq was given a tremendous honour by being offered the opportunity to become the department’s first Service Delivery Manager. His newfound success came with many of its own challenges, but these trials brought out the characteristics he felt he needed to be a successful leader.
